Family Mourns as Kenyan TikToker Gee Gee Dies Suddenly

Kenyan TikToker Gee Gee has died just days after appearing live on TikTok, leaving her family, fellow content creators and fans grieving her sudden loss.

News of her death was announced by fellow TikToker Big Daddy during a TikTok Live on Friday, July 24, 2026. He said the family was still seeking answers about what happened and that only limited information had emerged.

“Anyway, for those who do not know Gee Gee, I have posted her picture on my page. Go watch that video. That is her. Apparently she has died and we are hoping that we will get more information and we have not received much information about how she died but reports are that she was found in the washrooms collapsed so she is no more with us,” Big Daddy said.

He added that Gee Gee was well known within Kenya’s TikTok community because she frequently participated in live sessions.

“She used to come on TikTok lives so much,” he added.

While news of her death spread across social media, Gee Gee’s sister, Becky B, shared an emotional account after visiting the mortuary to see her sibling.

“I am from the mortuary, and I saw her. She is just sleeping there and she did not even smile at me. She is very pretty,” Becky said.

She went on to describe the painful experience, saying her sister still looked beautiful.

“She was just lying there and even on her face you could still see those makeup glitters. She was still looking pretty,” she added.

Becky’s emotional tribute came as the family continued to process the devastating loss while searching for more information about the circumstances surrounding Gee Gee’s death.

According to the information shared publicly by Big Daddy, Gee Gee was reportedly found collapsed in a washroom before her death. However, neither the family nor authorities have released an official explanation or confirmed the cause of death.
