Yesterday, Kenyans were left talking after Nominated senator Hounerable Omanga Claimed that she sent some money to Kwamboka with an aim of supporting her business. Well, things went South after the lady set that record straight dismissing money claims. She made it clear that Omanga only gave her one umbrella and a sack of potatoes worth 350 Kenya shillings. Senator was forced to make a clarification confirming that Indeed she never gave her cash as earlier claimed.
Well, things are not looking good for Kwamboka. According to reports, the Kenya road authority has sent a warning to her concerning her business. They have said that it is not wise for anyone to encroach on public land and do their business there. Kwamboka is selling chips under flyover constructed by Kenya roads authority at Tajmall. With this warning, it means that she will have to either change the location or lose her business completely. Being a fourth-year student at Kenyatta University will be a blow to her and those who depend on her business for survival.
In her earlier tweets, she shared how raising school fees was hard forcing her to do such kind of business. It was really doing great until today’s warning. Let’s wait and see how things will play out.
