The wrangles between Judiciary and the executive are here to stay and there is no solution coming anytime soon. President Uhuru Kenyatta recently banned public gatherings in order to reduce the spread of the covid-19 pandemic. This ban saw Kenyans not happy and some were left taking after Raila Odinga held a meeting. Anti-BBI Lawyer Esther Angawa reacted and according to her she asked
“The government should come clean on covid management measures and political gatherings. Raila is holding a meeting with 700 delegates today at Sikri after meeting with crowds in Nakuru. The devolution conference of 1000 delegates is coming up in Makueni. Mine of 100 was canceled.”
Well according to Nation Africa News, President Uhuru Kenyatta has been dealt a huge blow yet again after court Ruled ban on public gatherings unlawful. This has left many Kenyans surprised and wondering, is the country being run by courts or president Uhuru Kenyatta. These are interesting days ahead as the BBI report ruling is expected today.
